It’s absolutely nuts how much the really successful ones make. One streamer took off for a month and then put on a whole show when he came back, and people were hitting him with donations in the hundreds and even thousands left and right. I sat there and watched as that dude literally made over 20 grand in one day playing PUBG. And that’s just from donations. Not the thousands he’d get from subscribers. Granted, the guy was as much an entertainer as a gamer. He has a high production quality and says a lot of funny stuff, but still. He’s gotten rich by playing video games. People are always offering him $100 and shit like that if he can make a difficult snipe or win a round.
