On the positive side, before the Roe v Wade decision, SCOTUS smacked down New York State's "may issue" concealed carry law, which allowed the state to deny basically anyone a concealed carry permit. NY's socialist harpy of a governor is already saying she'll defy the Court. SCOTUS also upheld NC's voter ID laws- more precisely, they allowed a lawsuit in support of the laws to go forward.
