Interestingly enough, it's canon that the Vestige learned how to read ancient Nord runes before the game started, and a character specifically draws attention to this fact and is impressed by it. I’ve made like 40k just from selling all the trash I’ve gotten instead. Actual motifs I got: Hlaalu belt and staff, Redoran helmet and shield, and Telvanni gloves, boots, and sword. We know they likely were but the fan base doesn’t. At the very least, it’s already clear that the ones in the dragon cult could shout.
