Spell caster is weak ish at first, but by the end they’re pretty much vital and change the battlefield in crazy ways and can do the coolest shit. Paladin I would say is the most versatile class by far. But you’re right, Laezel is a monster lol I love her in my party. The githyanki are all crazy badass lol, had to be to fight off the Ilithid

You wanna talk about avoiding combat @Celanironically, the barbarian is fantastic at that lmfao The barbarian class has a bunch of dialogue options to intimidate your way through the game, earn powerful Allies for tough fights and end conflicts. I saved my boo shafowheart just by ripping the hinges off that stupid alien door lol no dumb key required, and I bullied some massive trolls into aiding me whenever I needed them using a war horn after a class speech check. Theres been many times I have avoided tedious fights just by yelling lmao
