neurologist friend. I guess it was indeed well researched because she really liked it and didn’t complain to me about inaccuracies like I’m sure she would’ve had it been done badly.
We were talking last night so I asked her about this. I guess I should backtrack because she does have complaints about inaccuracies, but it made for a better movie so it gets a pass. Just treat it like a fictional "Super DID" and it works fine.

evil academics posing as university professors
Isn’t that like half the human characters in Lovecraft?

Fallout is being filled with enough Lovecraft elements Colonel! Todd dosen't need your help to add more
Screw it, turn Fallout into Call of Cthulhu. Nyarlathotep started the Great War and Caesar turned evil when he saw the color out of space. Wouldn’t make it any worse at this point.

If i join the fallout rp, it will be as Nyarlathotep lolol
How a chemmed-up wastelander who’s taken too many radscorpion stings to the head and sometimes thinks he’s Nyarlathotep?
And other times he’s Hamlet. And others, President Eden. Maybe occasionally a protectron robot.

@BigBossBalrog On the topic of spookies, don’t forget, watch A Haunting in Venice. I’m telling you, it’s excellent.

Harry Mason wouldn't have tolerated those shits in Little Lamplight
To be fair, neither would 99% of Lone Wanderers if Bethesda had the balls to let us players the leash.

I was surprised to learn M. Night was behind it tbh, especially Unbreakable, had no idea and long since seen that movie same as you.
But yea honestly Split was a masterpiece, I thought it was that good. Dark as fuck and horrid, sad, but really really good and also well researched.
The only other people I know who watched it are my brother and, funnily enough, a neurologist friend. I guess it was indeed well researched because she really liked it and didn’t complain to me about inaccuracies like I’m sure she would’ve had it been done badly.

Yeah, that is what soured me towards the ending. I remember mostly liking the movie aside from that part.
It’s not even that he died that bothered me. It’s kinda like Joel in TLoU2 where I expected him to die and was okay with it, but just hated how it happened. Really pathetic end for what turned out to be a surprisingly compelling character.

Split was the best, imo, but I loved all three.
I really liked Unbreakable when it came out, but it’s been so long now that I no longer remember it well enough to say if it’s my favorite.
My memory of Split is a lot stronger and yeah, fair choice. I feel like it flew under the radar because M. Night Shyamalan’s reputation was in the dumps when it came out and nobody gave it a chance, but it’s a very solid horror/thriller with a cool premise.
Glass is the last one I saw but it didn’t stick with me the way Split did. It was kinda cool how it tied the other movies together, but I hated the ending and most the rest is kind of a blur to me.

If yall havent seen Split, and Glass on netflix, I hiiighly recommend you do.
Unbreakable as well, though its not on netflix and is the first of the three movies, technically.
You can rent it tho off amazon or youtube.
Seen them. Not crazy about Glass but I liked the first two.

I think that means it's time, @The Good Doctor is to be tried and executed for his crimes against Bethesda, the slander, propaganda and lies told against the greatness that is Fallout, Amazon's TV series.
The execution is to be carried out by me, the chosen champion of the Howard line. I am Todd's Sword. I am Todd's shield. I am his executioner.
For the love of Yes Man, shut up and let’s get this over with.

The dude is 100 hundred percent guilty There's been dozens of cases.
The number of cases doesn’t really mean much to me because that’s the nature of witch hunts. Opportunistic people smell blood and pile on hoping to make a quick buck.
But yeah, those quotes are a lot more damning.

I made a post about this creep awhile back: good to see some justice They should just follow the list of the idiots who signed his protest and arrest them too
Was he found guilty of anything? Far as I can tell, the article just describes allegations, which he still denies.
Nothing wrong with people wanting to see evidence before jumping on a "burn the witch" bandwagon. It’s way too easy and common for people to lie about being victims. Especially in recent years when "believe all women" has become a slogan regardless of context.
Granted, I wouldn’t be surprised if he turns out to be guilty. The culture behind the French film industry seems to be about as disgusting as Hollywood, if not worse.

Tsk tsk tsk, y’all just don’t understand because you aren’t fellow Howard’s (btw that means his family could’ve owned mine wow that’s wild).
I agreed with you. Howard’s a petty man.

Then again...Todd also has been holding a grudge against that kid who made fun of him in High School forever
For context.
He’s clearly being funny there, but regarding the credits thing, I have no idea if that particular shot was deliberate or coincidence, but I do think the premise of the show itself, what it does with the world and themes of Fallout, stems from pettiness.

That Executive Producer credit feels like them branding the IP with hot irons
The image of a crashed NCR vertibird in the streets of a barren and dead New Vegas with Todd Howard’s name on top is the perfect summation of the series at this point.

She’s had some DID patients and spent a fair amount of time studying the condition, but unfortunately never had any that were particularly exciting. Hopes to someday.
I believe that’s primarily what she was referring to. The way his "Beast" personality took it from a medical condition to a super power. I don’t recall his strength being beyond what a human could potentially do at their limits, but it’s been a while since I’ve seen it and same for her.
Plausible isn’t the word I’d use. Whole point of the movie is that it’s exceptional.
