You know what's crazy? SONY hasn't considered a digital release of this until now. It isn't even available to watch on streaming, despite the original being one of the best zombie movies ever.

Did my December watch of the Phantom Carriage; it's a fascinating Swedish silent movie from the 20's. Part temperance PSA (I think the Salivation Army provided money to it's production) and part horror movie, it's a very dark and sophisticated film for that era. Deals with alot of stuff like alcoholism, domestic abuse, and Swedish folklore. 

Movie has absolutely amazing special effects for the 20's. Highly recommend it for a Christmas watch.

It was great experience. And the theatre was pretty packed  Alot of people who've never seen it though, going by the reactions.

Nosferatu was awesome. Flawed, but awesome. The atmosphere and the depiction of Vampire's is one of the coolest I've ever fucking seen.
