Nah that shit came after. Oblivion was my only next gen game for awhile XD I actually inherited my brothers PS1 and PS2 after I got the Xbox 360 (right when it came out), that's we're I discovered the joys of horror game. I was still pretty young to be playing that shit though....

Lol fair enough.

It's always nice when your writing gets reinforced by the canon after you come up with it.

I believe I was nine when I got Oblivion. So basically the Xbox 360 was the "home console" we had it in our living room, and it was every bodies. Me being a spoiled fucking shit wanted my own game console (like my friends) so my parents gave me my brothers old ones, and allowed me to hook them up in my room. They however, didn't bother to check what games my brother had XD And he was a huge horror buff.

So I was eleven when I first played Silent Hill 2 for the PS2 and that shit traumatized me. I would play by myself in the dark. And after playing that the zombie no longer scared me. XD

XD yea call it Nord bias if you want but the Blades up until Delphine were incompetent as fuck.

And then even she ruined it with the whole Paarthurnax thing.

They were generally pretty competent in Morrowind. And Brother Jauffre wasn’t too bad. It was mostly the ones with the really important jobs (like protecting the freaking Emperor and his sons) who were fuckups.

Did she buy it for you XD

Of course lol. I was An “advanced” kid, my mom didn’t give a damn about some blackout sex scenes, she just pretended like she did. She cared more about the dude putting her on blast at the store.

I always saw Gamespot employees telling parents about shit like that. "Do you know this game has violence?" I think they should just mind their own fucking business.

Exactly. Fucking kiss ass narcs. I’m sure it’s store policy and blah blah but there’s always only ever like two people there. No one cares.

Speaking of Blades, in Oblivion do we ever figure out what happens to Caius Cosades?

Not that I’m aware of. The text in Morrowind gave me the impression that his recall to the Imperial City was not something he expected or wanted.

Total headcanon so take this with a grain of salt, but I’ve always thought he was basically fired because of his skooma addiction and substance abuse. But maybe that’s just my tendency to favor bleak stories. XD

Its been a long time since I read his text but I think he mentioned his family would be killed if he didn't return.

I looked it up and you’re right. And what I said about his addictions being part of the problem apparently wasn’t just a theory but also in the dialogue as well. XD

Swear I read something suggesting Uriel would kill someone if Caius didn't return.

He implied it. Said that he considered disobeying but he has family in the capital. Maybe he just meant that they relied on him too much to afford him being fired. Or maybe it was more sinister.

What’s also interesting is that he mentions Uriel being sick and succession being a big issue at that time. Mythic Dawn took good care of that problem for them. XD

You know that'd be a cool idea for a game, or dlc.

A huge succession crisis in the Empire.

There is a pretty good chance that they’re in the middle of one right now. Far as we know Titus Mede II had no heirs.

No more Empire shit plz. Not even their fall, just fast forward to after the collapse and let Tamriel move on lol

That’d be nice. But good luck convincing Beth to remove the faction with their most marketable logo. XD I hate that fucking dragon.

Bitch I wanna see them suffer.

For me it’s like a porn flick with 60 percent setup and foreplay. Just get on with it already they’ve been teasing me with it for five games, even if I’ve only played three.
